ROY L. STEINHEIMER, J.D.'40, who back in his undergraduate days on Campus was a member of the Law Club Council and the Board of Gov ernors of the Lawyers' Club, is now Professor of Law. He is also Admis sions Officer in the Law School. He joined the faculty in 1950, after hav ing been with Sullivan & Cromwell in New York City, and he teaches gen erally in the field of commercial law. Professor Steinheimer received the A.B. degree from the University of Kansas, and some of his other activi ties as a law student at Michigan were membership in Barristers, as well as reaching the Campbell Competition finals. He is a member of Phi Kappa Psi, Phi Delta Phi and Phi Beta Kap pa, as well as professional organiza tions. Professor Steinheimer is mar ried to the former Jane Powell Patch ett, a graduate of Agnes Irwin School for Girls, in Philadelphia.
