Rosemary Ellen McColgan, daughter of Edward X. McColgan and Rose A. Doherty McColgan of Dorchester, a neighborhood of Boston, was married to Robert Lawrence Hamilton of Ann Arbor in 1969 in Boston, Massachusetts. After a brief stay in Ann Arbor, the Hamiltons made their permanent home in Manchester, Michigan. Rosemary Hamilton died in Cincinnati, Ohio in June 2020 at age 75.
