John Wesley Sherrick, who has been ap pointed Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Medical School, has been connected with the University of Michigan since 1912, as demonstrator of anatomy, as in terne and instructor.
Dr. Sherrick served 22 months with the British Expeditionary Forces in France, where he held successively commis sions as First lieutenant and captain of the Medical Corps of the U. S. Army. He was wounded March 28, 1918. Dr. Sherrick was also awarded a special citation and Military Cross.
He has published a report of a "Case of Paraplegia Dolorosa and Aplastic Anemh," and the "Effect of Potassium Iodide in the Luetin Reaction."
