Mr. Harry N. Cole, Instructor in the Department of Chemistry, who has reached the age of sixty-five, filed request to be retired at the close of the present University year, under such pension as may be provided by the plan for older faculty members (R.P., 1929-1932, pages 540-544). Mr. Cole’s request received the approval of the Board

The Assistant Secretary filed the following statement, approved by Associate Professor Walter O Menge as Actuary of the University Committee on Annuities, of the retirement allowance to which Mr, Harry N. Cole becomes eligible when his resignation becomes effective July 1 (page 582):
