Fred G. Frink, for the past two years instructor in civil engineering,, has resigned to become assistant pro fessor of civil engineering in the Uni versity of Illinois. Professor Frink graduated in the class of 1886 and be fore becoming instructor at the Uni versity of Michigan was professor of civil engineering in the University of Idaho. He has specialized to a considerable degree in sanitary engineer ing.
