Diploma, University of Michigan School of Nursing, class of 1939, awarded 1942; B.S.P.H.N.; M.A., University of Michigan, 1954.
Teaching Assistant (Tuberculosis Nursing), University of Michigan School of Nursing, July 1 to September 21, 1951; Instructor in Nursing (Tuberculosis), ibid., 1951-1953. Eggers resigned from this position on October 25, 1953. Subsequently she joined the faculty of Capstone College of Nursing, University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, as associate professor, and served as Alabama state coordinator of tuberculosis nursing education.
